Processing time

This is the time needed to process your order. Processing time  may include but not limited to, making product, labeling product, packagig product/order and shipping final order out.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order. This processing time is seperate from estimated delivery times times.

We try our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and on your local delivery service.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

All sales are final. We do not except refunds or returns. If there is an issue with an order you just placed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing order. For any issue you may have with your order once you received it, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can remedy the issue. Any inquiries placed after the times listed above will not be valid.
